Welcome to SheSkillz Global, an online platform designed to promote talent, connect skilled professionals with forward-thinking companies, and support career growth through various stages of development. We are an international community of professionals, companies, entrepreneurs, mentees, and mentors united by a shared vision:a world where talent has no gender.
Why the name SheSkillz Global?
Because the gender gap still exists. According to the World Economic Forum, it may take over 130 years to close. We are committed to accelerating that change. That’s why we place a special emphasis on spotlighting women’s talent—to ensure women know that companies on our platform are actively seeking to connect with them. At the same time, we fully value and welcome talent of all genders.
In some of our tailor-made mentoring programmes, we now also welcome male mentees next to our male mentors, creating spaces where women and men learn and grow
together. By fostering collaboration and mutual understanding,
we aim for participants to see one another as professionals first—defined by their skills, competence, and experience, rather than gender. This helps lay the foundation for more inclusive and balanced work environments.
Believing in the power of a diverse and inclusive job market, we empower professionals to not only find employment but also to grow and thrive in their careers. Through mentoring programmes, practical toolboxes, webinars, and more, we support ongoing personal and professional development.

A wide range of opportunities for companies on our platform supports them in discovering and hiring untapped local and international talents so they can actively contribute to raising awareness of empowerment and inclusion, with actively also looking for female talents.
